Kinavora ships internationally through approved third-party fulfilment partners. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates can vary by product and delivery address. The options shown at checkout are the current options available for that order.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on the destination and products in the order. Where a free-shipping promotion or threshold applies, the qualifying terms will be displayed before purchase.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally submitted for fulfilment within 1–3 business days. Some products can require additional processing. Transit time begins after dispatch and varies by product, route, customs processing and destination. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking and split shipments

Tracking details are provided after dispatch when available. Products fulfilled from different facilities may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Duties and import charges

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and import taxes are prepaid, international customers may be asked by a customs authority or carrier to pay duties, import taxes, brokerage or handling charges before delivery.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and contact details. Contact Kinavora immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins.

Delays, loss and damage

Email mck@bourbonwhiskeybridge.com with your order number if tracking is materially delayed, a parcel is marked delivered but missing, or an item arrives damaged. Include photographs when relevant.
