These Terms govern your use of the Kinavora online store and purchases made from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery information, and Returns & Refunds terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, delivery and contact information and for keeping account credentials secure.
Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, descriptions, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings and supplier updates can cause variations. Products may be limited in quantity, fulfilled by approved third-party partners or discontinued without notice.
Pet-product use
You are responsible for choosing products suitable for your animal’s species, size, age and individual needs and for following product instructions and supervision guidance. Product information is not veterinary advice. Consult an appropriate veterinary professional when you have concerns about an animal’s health, safety or suitability for a product.
Orders, pricing and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, shipping restrictions or unusually large quantities. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the applicable amount. Prices, promotions, taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout apply to the order.
Shipping, duties and returns
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and orders may arrive in separate shipments. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. International customers may be responsible for duties, import taxes or handling fees unless checkout states otherwise. Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by the information published on the relevant Kinavora pages.
Store content and intellectual property
The store and its content, including text, graphics, branding, photographs, layouts and software, are owned by or licensed to Kinavora and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store only for personal, non-commercial shopping.
Reviews and feedback
If you submit reviews, feedback, images or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Kinavora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit and display that content for store and marketing purposes.
Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfilment, analytics and delivery services. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Prohibited conduct
You may not interfere with store security or operation, introduce malicious code, collect others’ personal information without authorization, impersonate another person, make fraudulent purchases or circumvent store protections.
Liability and consumer rights
Except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, the store and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinavora and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version, subject to applicable law.
